This interactive tool is designed to give you a ‘starter for ten’ on the possible impacts your service might have on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans people. Whilst using this tool you will break down your service or Employment practices into their component parts and be given guidance on how these parts may impact on LGBT people. This tool is not designed to complete an EQIA for you but will give you a steer towards the areas you might need to address when completing your EQIA.
